Tournaments: table tennis, carrom and chess
A table tennis table turns a cafeteria into a tournament. The Vinex VTT-T100 is ₹2,500 a day, or ₹11,000 for a week if you'd like to run the tournament across several lunch breaks. It's large, so book a mini-truck for transport.
Carrom with its own stand (₹350 a day) and chess (₹150) cost little and suit people who'd rather not run around. For a timed chess tournament, rent the board with a timer (₹350 a day).

Music: karaoke and a drum circle
Karaoke is the easiest way to fill the last hour. The player has 10,000 songs (₹2,000 a day if the office has a TV and speakers), or take the player with our sound system for ₹3,500 a day.
For a team-building session, a drum circle needs no musical skill. The djembe, a West African hand drum, is the usual choice (₹900 a day); add bongos (₹250) and shakers (₹150) so everyone has something to play.
