Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by India's Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
What we've done
- A "Skip to content" link and a logical heading structure on every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, errors are announced, and the form explains what went wrong.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA, and text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
- Pages work on phones and small screens, and in portrait or landscape.
- No content flashes, and nothing plays automatically.
Known limitations
- The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. Our full address and a directions link are always shown next to it.
- Some product photos come from our older website and may have simpler descriptions.
