For a week, the Panasonic is ₹5,000 instead of ₹10,500 at the day rate. For a month or longer, ask us for a quote.

Pick the Panasonic digital projector for presentations, training sessions and photo slideshows, where the picture needs to be clear rather than huge.
Pick the Rdintrex M333 LED projector when you want a sharper, bigger picture: movie nights, match screenings and functions where people watch from further back. It supports HD and 4K.

Add a speaker for a bigger room
A projector's own speaker is small, so for a film or a match in a hall, add a speaker. The trolley sound box (₹900 a day) runs on its own battery, and a QSC 1000W speaker (₹2,000 a day) fills a hall.

Before the day
- Tell us what you'll connect (a laptop, for example) when you book, and ask which cable comes with the projector.
- Films and slideshows look best in a dark room, so screen them after sunset or draw the curtains.
- Collect it the evening before and set it up once, so you know where the screen and the projector will stand.
How booking works
- Ask on WhatsApp with the item and your date. We reply with availability and the total.
- Pay the refundable deposit by UPI or bank transfer and share one government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence).
- Collect it from our place in Fathullaguda, Nagole at any hour, or we send it anywhere in Hyderabad and Telangana by a vehicle you or we book. You pay the transport, both ways.
- Return it. We check it together, and your deposit is back within 24 hours.

How much is a projector on rent per day in Hyderabad?
₹1,500 a day for the Panasonic digital projector with a screen, or ₹2,500 for the HD and 4K LED projector with a screen. The refundable deposit is ₹5,000.

Do you deliver across Hyderabad and Telangana?
Yes, anywhere in Hyderabad and Telangana. You can pick up from our place in Fathullaguda, Nagole at any hour, book your own vehicle, or ask us to book an auto, cab or mini-truck and send the item. Transport charges, both ways, are paid by the customer.
