Yes. Carrom boards with stands are ₹350 a day each, and we have supplied 8 boards for a single office event. Chess boards are ₹150 a day, or ₹350 with a timer for timed games. Tell us how many you need and the date, and we'll confirm they're free.
What does an indoor games day for the office cost?
8 carrom boards with stands and 4 chess boards come to ₹3,400 for the day. Add the table tennis table for ₹2,500 and tambola for ₹150. Refundable deposits are extra: ₹2,000 per carrom board, ₹500 per chess board and ₹15,000 for the table tennis table.
Do you deliver to offices anywhere in Hyderabad?
Yes. We book an auto, cab or mini-truck and send everything to your office, and you pay only the fare, both ways. The table tennis table and the sound system need a mini-truck. You can also collect from our place in Nagole at any hour.
Can we get one quote for the games, karaoke and sound together?
Yes. Send the list, the date and the venue on WhatsApp and we reply with one total for the rent and one for the refundable deposit. Karaoke with our sound system is ₹3,500 a day, a QSC 1000W sound box is ₹2,000 and the Ahuja cordless mic set is ₹1,200.
How early should we book for an office event?
A few days ahead is usually enough. For Diwali, Christmas and year-end weeks, book about a week ahead so the boards and the sound system are free on your date.
How does the security deposit work?
Every product shows its deposit, from ₹500 for a flute or bongos to ₹25,000 for a Thanjavur veena or the QSC setup. Pay it by UPI or bank transfer when you book. When the item comes back we check it together, and the deposit is returned within 24 hours.
