Christmas and New Year party rentals in Hyderabad: sound, karaoke, games and instruments

For a Christmas or New Year party in Hyderabad you can rent a QSC speaker (₹2,000 a day), the mini DJ setup (₹9,000), karaoke (from ₹2,000), a projector with screen (from ₹1,500), tambola (₹150) and a table tennis table (₹2,500), and for carols a keyboard (from ₹500) or an acoustic guitar (₹500), from Rental World in Nagole, open 24/7.

Christmas falls on Friday 25 December 2026 and New Year's Eve on Thursday 31 December, so the weekends around them suit parties at homes, apartment clubhouses, churches, offices and colleges.

Carol singing, a countdown, karaoke and games make up most of these evenings. Here's what to rent for each.

For carol singing: keyboard, guitar and a cajon

A keyboard leads carols well: the compact Casio MD 150 is ₹500 a day and the Casio CT-X870IN with stand ₹1,200. An acoustic guitar (₹500 a day) and a cajon (₹900 a day) suit carol groups that go from house to house.

For a church or clubhouse programme, mics with stands are ₹400 a day.

For the party: sound, DJ and karaoke

One QSC 1000W speaker (₹2,000 a day) is enough for a house party. For a clubhouse or a terrace full of people, the QSC mini DJ setup (₹9,000 a day) brings three speakers, a mixer and mics.

The karaoke player has 10,000 songs: ₹2,000 a day on its own if you have a TV and speakers, or ₹3,500 with our sound system.

For the countdown: a big screen

A projector with a screen (₹1,500 a day, or ₹2,500 for the HD and 4K LED model) shows the countdown, a year-end photo slideshow or a film for the children.

Games for the afternoon

Tambola (₹150 a day) gets everyone playing at once. A table tennis table (₹2,500 a day) turns a clubhouse into a tournament; it's large, so book a mini-truck for transport. Carrom with its own stand is ₹350 a day.

Three sample budgets

At our day rates:

  • House party: karaoke with our sound system + tambola = ₹3,650 a day.
  • Clubhouse New Year's Eve: QSC mini DJ setup + projector with screen = ₹10,500 a day.
  • Carol group: Casio CT-X870IN keyboard + acoustic guitar + cajon = ₹2,600 a day.

Add transport both ways. Deposits are paid by UPI or bank transfer when you book and refunded within 24 hours of return.
