Which sound system should you rent? A plain guide for Hyderabad events

For a small gathering or anywhere without power, rent the battery trolley speaker (₹900 a day). For a house party, speech or pooja, one QSC 1000W speaker (₹2,000). For a big hall or stage, the mini DJ setup with three QSC speakers, a mixer and mics (₹9,000).

Renting too little sound means people at the back can't hear. Renting too much wastes money and annoys the neighbours. Here's how to choose between what we rent.

Trolley sound box: when there's no power

The trolley speaker has a built-in amplifier and 3–4 hours of battery backup. Wheel it to a terrace, garden, park or procession route where there's no power point. Plan the programme around the battery time.

One QSC 1000W: the all-rounder

A single 1000-watt QSC powered speaker covers most home and community events. Plug in a phone for music, a mic for speeches or a mixer for a small band.

Mini DJ setup: three speakers, mixer and mics

For a large hall, a stage show or a college fest, the mini DJ setup combines three QSC 1000W sound boxes with a mixer and microphones for ₹9,000 a day. It's the equipment only: you run it yourself, or bring your own DJ.

Mics and mixer

  • Mics with stands or collar (lapel) mics: ₹400 a day, for speeches, anchoring and poojas.
  • Ahuja set of two cordless mics: ₹1,200 a day, for anchors and singers who move around.
  • GTX 6-channel mixer: ₹900 a day, to balance several mics and instruments through one system.

How booking works

  1. Ask on WhatsApp with the item and your date. We reply with availability and the total.
  2. Pay the refundable deposit by UPI or bank transfer and share one government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence).
  3. Collect it from our place in Fathullaguda, Nagole at any hour, or we send it anywhere in Hyderabad and Telangana by a vehicle you or we book. You pay the transport, both ways.
  4. Return it. We check it together, and your deposit is back within 24 hours.

Questions

What sound system should I rent for a house party in Hyderabad?

One QSC 1000W speaker (₹2,000 a day) is enough for most house parties. Plug in a phone or a mic.

Can I rent a speaker that works without electricity?

Yes. The trolley sound box has a built-in amplifier and 3–4 hours of battery backup, ₹900 a day.

Do you deliver across Hyderabad and Telangana?

Yes, anywhere in Hyderabad and Telangana. You can pick up from our place in Fathullaguda, Nagole at any hour, book your own vehicle, or ask us to book an auto, cab or mini-truck and send the item. Transport charges, both ways, are paid by the customer.

How does the security deposit work?

Every product shows its deposit, from ₹500 for a flute or bongos to ₹25,000 for a Thanjavur veena or the QSC setup. Pay it by UPI or bank transfer when you book. When the item comes back we check it together, and the deposit is returned within 24 hours.
